Why are so many pieces sold out?
Our makers make these pieces in limited and small-batch runs. We won't ever have a ton of inventory around, but it will always be handmade and unique. You can read more about what we stand for here.
How often do you make new pieces available?
Depending on the availability and capacity of our makers, we try to put new inventory on to the site every other week. If you'd like to be notified of when pieces go live, sign up for our email newsletter or follow us on any of our social channels.
Why can't I buy more than one of each?
Our makers are making these pieces by hand, so they are all individually unique. We photograph and present each, one by one, so you can see all of the glorious details. Because of that, there will only ever be one in stock of each item.
What is your Return Policy?
It is a pretty standard 30-Day Return Policy. Because these pieces are one of a kind, we ask that you are thoughtful with your purchases and returns. Please ensure when you return your item that it is properly packaged, so it will not be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged item from us, please reach out to us.
