Hand-Built Ceramics (40)
Hand-built ceramics are typically made without any help from a pottery wheel. Instead, the clay is formed directly in the hands of the artist. Most often, the techniques used are slabs, coils, and pinching.
Hand-building provides the most direct control over the clay's form, and also portrays the most of the artist's touch.
